Our Story

Our story begins in early 2019 when my husband and I purchased a quaint piece of property in Rainier, Oregon, just under 3 acres in size. our dreams were filled with excitement as we envisioned farming, growing vegetables, and raising small animals on our own little farm. Admidst the busy life of farming, balancing full-time jobs, and raising four kids, I had a memorable experience visiting a lavender farm with my sister that left a lasting impression. It was then that I quietly whispered to myself that someday, I would love to have a lavender farm of my own.

However, life had its plans, and as COVID hit, our kids graduated, and the nest emptied, my husband and I decided to scale back the farm to allow some room for travel adventures. Our travel trailer became our home away from home, and during these journeys, I found solace in reading books about holistic living and simple practices that could improve our family’s well-being.

During this time, a dear friend reignited my passion for the lavender farm idea, and that spark was all I needed. This year, we took action and planted just under 1,000 lavender plants on our property. As I dove deeper into the world of medicinal plants, I discovered the art of making handcrafted body products at home, and the immense benefits they could bring to one’s health.

This newfound interest led me to create my own medicinal and culinary garden, filled with a variety of plants that I hope to share with the world someday. The journey has made me a lifelong student in the game of life, continuously learning, growing and seeking ways to make a positive impact. I aspire to share my knowledge and experiences with others, no matter how small the steps may be. Whether it’s using chemical-free soap or enjoying a cup of chamomile tea, every little choice can make a difference in one’s well-being.

So with enthusiasm in our hearts and a determination to spread wellness and sustainablity, we invite you to join us on this exciting path as we nurture our lavender farm, cultivate our gardens, and share the gifts of nature with the world. Together, let’s embrace a healthier, happier life, one step at a time.
